Payment in full is due prior to departure (unless prior confirmation is agreed in writing).

Cancellation policy by Grand Slam Ltd:

• In the event of cancellation by the company an alternative day (or boat) may be offered. In the event this is not possible a full refund will be made.
• Refund will be limited to amount paid.
• No claims for compensation will be paid.

Cancellation by customer:

• Less than 48 hrs prior to appointed departure date – NO REFUND DUE.
• More than 48 hrs – 50% refund
• Seven days or more – 100% refund

Smoking is not permitted on shared trips.

Trips include (where relevant):

• Welcome pack Tackle
• Bait Soda
• Water Ice
• BBQ equipment and fuel, umbrellas, seating, cutlery, etc.

Trips exclude:

• Fishing licenses
• Transportation to and from dock
• Meals
